J. David Nick has over 25 years experience defending individuals accused of serious offenses. His years of experience give him a deep understanding of how the State and Federal courts operate. He is committed to defending the rights of those accused of crimes. He accepts cases throughout California and has offices in Palm Springs and San Francisco.

 

In addition to his work in California's courts, J. David Nick has handled Federal cases in numerous districts throughout the United States. He has argued appeals in the Federal Circuit Courts, the California Court of Appeals, the California Supreme Court, and is a member of the Bar of the United States Supreme Court.
